Problem
As the official housekeeping contractor for the 2015 Pan Am Games, TBM needed to hire hundreds of staff quickly. Their applicant portal had poor search visibility and a frustrating user experience, making it difficult to attract and convert qualified candidates at the scale the event demanded. Beyond recruitment, the website content was outdated and didn't effectively communicate TBM's full range of services across its transit, healthcare, foodservice, and industrial divisions.
Solution
We developed a UX content strategy and wrote all new website content to support a complete site redesign. This included a keyword strategy, SEO implementation, and rewritten copy across every page, positioning TBM's cleaning for health philosophy and connecting each service division to the health outcomes that matter most to their clients. We also designed the Cleaning for Health infographic and wrote a service brochure for TBM's food sanitation division.
